1. Overview
G-Buy is a technology platform that enables groupers to sell products to customers in Cameroon.
By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
Only one account is permitted per person.
3. Orders and Payments
Customers can pay partially (50%, 75%, 100%) or fully for orders.
A partially paid order reserves the product until the balance is settled.
Payments are made using Orange Money, MTN MoMo, or GetMipay.
4. Returns and Refunds
Return rules are described in the separate Return Policy page.
In short, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are processed based on product condition.
5. Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details.
Groupers are responsible for product descriptions and delivery commitments.
