How returns, exchanges and refunds work on G-Buy.

How Returns Work
- Contacter votre Grouper– Vous devez d'abord contacter le Grouper directement via WhatsApp/Téléphone depuis votre page commande. Les retours sont traités individuellement avec chaque Grouper.
- Retour sous 7 jours After receiving the product, if it does not match the description or is defective.
- Évaluer & négocier– Le Grouper évalue l'état du produit et propose une solution dans un délai de 48h.
- Rappels partiels – En cas de remboursement partiel, le Grouper procède par Mobile Money à hauteur de votre investissement restant, selon la logique des remboursements proportionnels.
Eligible Returns
- Products received in a different condition than described.
- Products damaged during transport.
- Defective or functionally different products.
- Orders with quantity or variant errors reported before receipt.
Not Eligible for Return
- Returns after 7 calendar days from delivery.
- Damage caused by improper handling.
- Change of mind.
- Digital products delivered electronically.
- Custom or special-order products.
Partial Payment Protection
- Refunds are calculated only on the amount actually paid when partial payment was used.
- For example, a 20,000 FCFA product paid 50% is eligible for a maximum refund of 10,000 FCFA.
- If only partial damage occurs, the grouper may offer proportional compensation.
- Refunds are processed via Mobile Money within 72 hours of validation.
Groupage Returns
- Returns in groupage shipments are managed per product.
- Do not wait for the entire groupage to arrive to claim a single item.
- The grouper coordinates returns for all items in the same groupage.
